Job Title: Interior Draftsman / Estimation Designer

Job Overview

Busardoh Decoration is expanding its team and seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Interior Draftsman / Estimation Designer. The role involves preparing technical drawings, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates for various interior fit-out projects.

Responsibilities

Review tender drawings, project specifications, and BOQs

Conduct quantity take-offs for interior and joinery works

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors

Collect and analyze material, labor, and subcontractor prices

Prepare cost estimates for bidding and execution

Suggest value-engineering options when needed

Support design and technical teams with drawings and costing inputs

Skills & Requirements

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max

Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Bluebeam, or Candy for estimation

Understanding of interior materials, finishes, and market pricing

High accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills

Good communication for client and vendor coordination

Education & Experience

Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering

2–5+ years of experience in design/estimation roles

Applicants with interior fit-out, consultancy, or contracting backgrounds preferred

Fresh graduates may also apply

Compensation

Salary will be discussed during the interview.

Relocation Requirements

Must be able to commute or relocate to Dubai (relocation support provided).
