Architect / Interior Designer

Roles & responsibilities

• Meet clients to determine design requirements and cultural or functional needs.
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, 3D visualizations, and presentations suitable for the UAE market.
• Prepare detailed drawings, space plans, and technical documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality, and resolve design or execution issues. Prepare submissions for municipality approvals, authority NOCs, and project documentation when required.
• Keep updated with local market trends, sustainability practices (Estidama, LEED), and regional design styles.

Desired candidate profile

Bachelor’s degree in interior design or Architecture.

• UAE experience preferred(2-3 years).
• Knowledge of local codes and authority procedures is an advantage.
• Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of joinery details, MEP coordination, and fit-out industry practices.
• Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
• Portfolio showcasing previous projects (preferably UAE-based).
• Should be available in UAE.
