Residential Planning

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect who can lead projects with strong design thinking and execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and space planning
• Prepare submission drawings and coordinate approvals
• Design elevations and façade concepts
• Create detailed civil, structural, and working drawings (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, ceiling, wall elevations, etc.) Residential Planning
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors
• Conduct site visits to ensure design compliance and quality standards
• Present designs, mood boards, and 3D visuals to clients

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
• 2–5 years of experience in residential and commercial projects
• Strong command of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, and MS Office
• Knowledge of local building bye-laws and submission processes
• Strong detailing, execution, and project coordination skills
• Excellent communication and client presentation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
