Architect - Interior Designer

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Architect - Interior Designer to join our creative team! Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive interior design concepts that align with client visions, incorporating color theory, lighting design, and spatial planning.
• Create detailed drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhinoceros 3D, and Adobe Creative Suite to communicate design intent clearly.
• Prepare accurate construction documents and specifications for renovation, remodeling, and new interior projects.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met within budget and timeline constraints.
• Manage project workflows from initial concept through completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Conduct site visits to oversee construction progress, ensure adherence to design specifications, and resolve on-site issues promptly.
• Present design proposals confidently to clients using visual tools like Adobe Photoshop and 3ds Max to illustrate ideas vividly.

Experience

• Proven experience in interior design or architecture with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects such as renovations, remodeling, or commercial interiors.
• Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD and Revit; experience with SketchUp, Rhinoceros 3D, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of drafting standards, construction processes, contracts management, and lighting sales.
• Knowledge of color theory and lighting design principles to create harmonious interior environments.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Familiarity with budgeting practices and project management tools to ensure timely delivery within financial parameters.
