Architect & Interior Designer

Role Summary:

MD Design & Fit-Out Services is seeking a highly skilled and design-driven Architect with proven experience in the UAE interior fit-out sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering innovative design solutions, managing technical documentation, and ensuring compliance with local authority requirements across a range of projects.

Candidates who are immediately available will be given priority consideration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and present concept designs, space planning layouts, and design proposals
• Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural drawings, shop drawings, and detailed design packages
• Ensure full compliance with UAE authority regulations, including Dubai Municipality and Civil Defense requirements
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure design intent is achieved
• Provide technical support and design clarification to site execution teams
• Review material submittals and ensure alignment with project specifications
• Participate in design reviews, project meetings, and client presentations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience within the interior fit-out industry (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of local authority approval processes and regulatory frameworks
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and technical coordination skills

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
