We are looking for an experienced and creative interior designer to join our team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional who can balance technical expertise with leadership in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Actively lead and contribute hands-on to interior design work.

· Collaborate closely with the architectural, MEP, structural, and construction supervision teams to ensure seamless project execution.

· Oversee the material procurement process, ensuring alignment between client expectations and contractor delivery.

· Prepare material boards with live samples, sourcing, and pricing for client approvals.

· Directly engage with clients to understand their vision, provide updates, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

· Prepare and decorate the show apartment.

· Stay updated on the latest interior design trends, both locally in Dubai and internationally, ensuring designs meet market-leading standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/Interior Design
• Proven 6-8 years of experience in interior design and architectural design, particularly in custom villa new and renovation projects.
• Technical skills in rendering software like AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D max, V-Ray, and Corona.
• Strong understanding of design principles and construction methods.
• Ability to make high-quality, realistic 3D renders.
• Ability to work with clients and understand their requirements.
• Comprehensive knowledge of interior design trends and showroom awareness in the Dubai market.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
