Architect / Interior Designer

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented interior Designer with Landscape Design experience to join our team. The candidate should be able to work on both interior design and landscape design projects, including concept design, space planning, material selection, and detailed shop drawings.

The ideal candidate must have strong experience in preparing interior and landscape shop drawings, coordinating with site teams, suppliers, and subcontractors, and supporting the project from design stage to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare interior design layouts, mood boards, material selections, and presentations.
• Prepare landscape design layouts including hardscape, softscape, outdoor seating, BBQ areas, pools, and related outdoor elements.
• Create detailed shop drawings for interior and landscape works.
• Coordinate drawings with civil, MEP, joinery, and site execution teams.
• Visit sites when required to take measurements and follow up on design implementation.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for materials, finishes, and technical details.
• Ensure all drawings are accurate, clear, and suitable for execution.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of actual experience in interior design and landscape design.
• Strong experience in preparing shop drawings for interior and landscape works.
• Good knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, joinery, hardscape, and softscape.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
• Knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop, 3ds Max, or similar software is an advantage.
• Portfolio is mandatory. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
• Must be able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• UAE experience is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in villa, residential, landscape, and fit-out projects.
• Ability to prepare design concepts and execution drawings.
• Good sense of design, colors, materials, and detailing.
• Ability to coordinate directly with site teams and suppliers.
