architect & Interior designer (Arabic Female)

Job Description:

We are looking a highly skilled and creative Arab Architect & Interior Designer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing design drawings, creating interior design proposals, selecting materials and finishes, and coordinating with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Design:

Develop architectural concepts, schematic designs, and detailed drawings.

Prepare floor plans, sections, elevations, and 3D models.

Ensure that designs comply with local regulations, building codes, and project requirements.

Participate in site visits to monitor progress and ensure design accuracy.

Interior Design:

Create interior design concepts, mood boards, and material boards.

Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.

Prepare detailed interior drawings including layouts, RCP, joinery details, and FF&E schedules.

Develop 3D visualizations and presentations for client approval.

Requirements:

Arab nationality (female candidate only).

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, and Adobe Suite.

Strong knowledge of materials, finishing standards, and construction details.

Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
