Job Summary
Hospertz India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Client Coordinator from Interior or Architect background who can effectively bridge design understanding with client acquisition and project sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, understanding client requirements, and converting leads into successful projects, particularly in healthcare and commercial spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads for turnkey projects
- Meet clients to understand space planning, design requirements, and budgets
- Translate client needs into feasible interior design solutions in coordination with the design team
- Present design concepts, layouts, BOQs, and cost estimates to clients
- Handle client negotiations, closures, and contract finalization
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and project teams for smooth execution
- Track sales pipeline, follow-ups, and conversions
- Achieve assigned revenue and project closure targets
- Build long-term relationships with architects, consultants, and corporate clients
- Conduct site visits and support project handover from sales to execution team
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- 2–6 years of experience in Interior design/ Architect
- Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, drawings, and execution
- Ability to read drawings, BOQs, and explain design intent to clients
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Target-driven mindset with strong closing ability
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD / design tools is a plus
Preferred Experience
- Experience in healthcare, hospital, or commercial interior projects
- Exposure to turnkey projects
- Existing network with architects, builders, and corporate decision-maker
