Mashrou Group is a UAE-based Project Management, Design & Commercial Fit-Out company delivering turnkey interior solutions for salons, spas, offices, retail outlets, F&B spaces, and complete business setup projects across the UAE.

As part of our expansion, we are seeking a highly creative, technically strong, and commercially aware Architect / Interior Designer (Female Preferred) to join our growing team.

This role requires a designer who can confidently handle projects from concept development to site execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative architectural and interior design concepts for commercial projects
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and interior layouts (AutoCAD)
• Produce high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings (SketchUp / 3Ds Max / Lumion / V-Ray)
• Create mood boards, material boards, and FF&E specifications
• Prepare BOQs, assist in cost estimation, and coordinate with QS/project managers
• Conduct site visits and ensure proper design implementation
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and authority requirements
• Present design proposals professionally to clients
• Ensure projects meet brand standards, timelines, and execution quality

Requirements

• Female preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• Minimum 2–5 years professional experience (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong commercial portfolio (salon, spa, retail, office, F&B projects)
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD
• Strong 3D skills (SketchUp / 3Ds Max + Lumion or V-Ray)
• Knowledge of joinery detailing and material specifications
• Practical understanding of commercial space planning
• Experience in BOQ preparation and project costing
• Strong communication and presentation abilities

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in UAE commercial fit-out industry
• Understanding of local authority approvals (where applicable)
• Confident handling of client meetings independently
• Strong attention to detail and execution quality
• Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines
