Architect / Interior Designer (KOCHI)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and creative Architect / Interior Designer with 3 years or more experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling projects from concept to completion, coordinating with site teams, preparing detailed drawings, and delivering high-quality design outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural and interior drawings (working drawings, GFCs, joinery details, etc.)
• Handle complete project execution, including site coordination and supervision
• Manage material selections, vendor coordination, and sample finalization
• Create design presentations, concept boards, and mood boards
• Develop 3D rough models for concept visualization
• Lead and support the design development of projects
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and design intent are maintained

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience
• Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar)
• Good understanding of materials, design standards, and construction practices
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
• Strong sense of design, detailing, and aesthetics
