Architect & Interior Designer

Responsibilities:

• Create accurate and detailed 3D designs, drawings based on specifications and project requirements.
• Transform 2D architectural concepts and designs into realistic 3D models using 3D Studio Max.
• Utilize Revit MEP to create detailed and accurate design models and drawings.
• Apply lighting, materials, and textures to 3D models for realistic rendering using Corona.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to ensure accurate representation of design intent.
• Participate in design discussions to provide insights on technical feasibility and best practices.
• Maintain a keen eye for detail to identify and rectify any discrepancies in drawings and models.
• Create plans and detail shop drawings which clearly outline architectural design of project.
• Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction process.
• Presentation and meetings with clients and suppliers, with subject related to interior design.
• Provide Architectural and interior solutions, if required.
• Build and develop 3D models of interior and exterior spaces featuring Take form experiential design concepts and products.
• Create 'mood boards' to sample your design vision.
• Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project.
• Research and decide on materials and products sourcing.
• Create design concepts and digital presentations with finish selections, furnishings, and fixtures.
• A complete involvement is essential for tasks encompassing architecture, interior design, lighting design, and landscaping.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Interior design and Architecture.
• Some years of professional experience as a interior designer.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Corona it is mandatory.
