• Architect
• Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Architect

• Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural designs.
• Create and manage architectural drawings, 3D models, and construction documentation.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and consultants to ensure design integrity.
• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.

Interior Designer

• Design interior spaces that are functional, safe, and visually appealing.
• Select and specify materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes.
• Produce mood boards, 3D renders, and technical drawings.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors to execute design vision.
• Stay up to date with current design trends and innovations.

Qualifications: For Both Roles:

• Degree in Architecture / Interior Design or related field.
• Proven experience in relevant design projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Adobe Suite, etc.
• Strong creative, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
• Project management and client communication skills.
• Knowledge of sustainable and energy-efficient design practices.
• Create and manage architectural drawings, 3D models, and construction documentation.
