Architect - Interior Fitout

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Architect / Interior & Exterior Designer with proven experience in luxury residentials and commercial projects. The role involves leading design concepts from initial idea through execution, ensuring aesthetics, functionality, quality, and compliance with local regulations and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Concept Development
• Develop high-end architectural, interior & exterior design concepts for residentials, offices, retail, and commercial spaces
• Prepare mood boards, concept presentations, space planning, and material selections
• Translate client briefs into innovative, functional, and elegant design solutions
• Technical & Detailed Design
• Prepare detailed drawings including layouts, elevations, sections, joinery, and FF&E
• Coordinate architectural, interior, MEP, and fit-out requirements
• Ensure designs comply with local authority regulations, codes, and standards
• Project Coordination & Site Involvement
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
• Conduct site visits to ensure design intent is executed correctly
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and mock-ups
• Resolve design and site-related issues promptly
• Client & Stakeholder Management
• Present design proposals clearly and professionally to clients
• Manage design revisions and approvals
• Maintain strong client relationships with a focus on quality and timelines

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture

• Minimum 2 years experience in residential and commercial projects
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end residential and commercial work
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit (preferred), Adobe Suite
