Position: Architect Intern

Location: Belapur, Navi Mumbai
Duration: 3-6 months (Extendable based on performance)
Type: Full-Time Internship

Role Summary

As an Architect Intern, you will work closely with our design and project teams to support the development of architectural projects. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or final-year students in architecture who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting. You will assist in drafting, modeling, research, and project coordination while learning industry-standard tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating conceptual designs, sketches, and 3D models using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or Lumion.
• Support senior architects in preparing architectural drawings, plans, and presentations.
• Conduct research on building materials, codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices.
• Participate in site visits to understand project execution and construction processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including structural engineers and interior designers, to ensure project alignment.
• Contribute to project documentation, including reports, specifications, and client presentations.
• Attend team meetings and provide creative input during brainstorming sessions.

Qualifications

• Current enrolment in or recent graduation (within 1 year) from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• Basic proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, drafting techniques, and building systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles or familiarity with LEED/BREEAM standards is a plus.
