Architect (Male)

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs, concepts, and detailed drawings using CAD/BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
• Prepare construction documents, blueprints, and specifications.
• Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Meet with clients to understand project needs and present design proposals.
• Review construction progress through site visits and resolve technical or design-related issues.
• Ensure that project timelines, budget targets, and quality standards are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
• Proven experience in architectural design and project coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite; familiarity with BIM processes.
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction methods.
• Excellent communication and client-interaction skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Architecture license or progress toward licensure (optional based on role).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
