We’re on the hunt for a visionary who masters the numbers game while steering marketing, property management, frontline teams, and operations like a pro. What You’ll Do (And Crush):

• Master accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, forecasting, and all core accounting functions with precision and flair

• Lead financial reporting, compliance, risk management, and investor relations to keep everything rock-solid

• Drive marketing initiatives that fill properties fast and build our brand as the go-to real estate powerhouse

• Oversee property management operations, optimizing performance across our diverse portfolio

• Inspire and manage frontline employees, ensuring teams are motivated, paid on time, and delivering top-tier service

• Partner with leadership on acquisitions, capital raises, and growth plays – turning opportunities into reality

• Analyze data, forecast trends, and implement systems that scale our thriving investors group

Who We’re Looking For (The Rockstar Profile):

• Proven leader with deep expertise in accounts payable/receivable, full-cycle accounting, and real estate financials

• Hands-on experience in property management, marketing leadership, and team oversight – you get operations inside out

• Entrepreneurial spirit: Thrives in fast-paced growth, spots efficiencies, and loves building from the ground up

• Strong communicator who builds relationships with investors, teams, and partners

• 5+ years in real estate or related fields

• Passion for community-building and turning visions into profitable realities
