Architect / Interior Designer – Teaching Faculty (Full-Time)

Nirman Academy is one of Kerala’s fast-growing professional institutes offering high-quality Interior Design and Architectural Design education. With branches in Manjeri, Kochi, and Calicut, we focus on creativity, innovation, practical training, and industry-oriented learning.
Our Calicut branch is expanding, and we are looking for a passionate and skilled Architect/Interior Designer to join our academic team.

Role & Responsibilities

• Teach Interior Design / Architectural Design subjects to diploma and professional course students.
• Guide students in concept development, design thinking, drafting, space planning, and portfolio preparation.
• Conduct studio sessions, model-making sessions, workshops, and site-oriented classes.
• Evaluate students’ works, assist in academic coordination, and maintain class progress.
• Participate in curriculum development, academic events, reviews, and exhibitions.
• Inspire students with creativity, industry exposure, and practical knowledge.

Qualifications

• B.Arch / B.Des (Interior) / Diploma or Degree in Interior Design (with strong industry experience).
• Strong design knowledge and software skills (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills and passion for teaching.
• Freshers with high creativity and willingness to teach may also apply.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
