Architect (Project Management Qualified)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Architect (Project Management Qualified – Arabic Speaking) to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design and ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Manage the full project lifecycle — from concept design, approvals, and detailed drawings to construction supervision and final delivery.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure quality and timely execution.
• Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and budget forecasts.
• Conduct site visits to monitor compliance with design, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Ensure projects meet local building codes, sustainability standards, and client expectations.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to junior team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred).
• Professional Project Management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in architecture and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools (MS Project/Primavera).
• Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken); English proficiency preferred.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
