Architect / Project Manager / Designer (ArchiCAD)

We are:

We are a team of 8 focused on architecture & interiors in the Southern California area. We are on Wilshire and Crescent Heights, a stones throw from LACMA. We focus on single-family and multifamily residential (contemporary + traditional), with select commercial/restaurant work. We're seeking a talented Architectural Project Manager / Designer with a strong background in multi-family and single-family residential design, and a sharp eye for construction documentation. This is an opportunity to lead meaningful projects from concept through completion within a collaborative, design-driven studio.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to all project phases, from concept and programming to construction administration
• Develop design narratives, presentations, drawings, models (ArchiCAD), and D5 renderings
• Translate sketches into digital models and refine technical details
• Assist with construction document production, material research, and meeting prep
• Maintain organized project files and binders
• Support client coordination, team communication, and design reviews
• Help resolve design and technical challenges while meeting project deadlines

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in architectural design and technical production
• Degree in Architecture or equivalent professional experience
• Strong design sensibility and 3D visualization skills
• High proficiency in ArchiCAD 28; working knowledge of D5, Lumion, or Twinmotion
• High proficiency with structural, MEP systems, and working drawing sets
• Excellent communicator with effective interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; video editing experience is a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
