Architect - Real Estate

Location: Zirakpur
Experience: Relevant experience in real estate / construction projects

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Architect to manage and support residential and commercial real estate projects. The role involves architectural planning, design development, coordination with consultants, and site execution support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural layouts, working drawings, and 3D concepts
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site teams
• Ensure designs comply with local bylaws and regulations
• Support project execution and resolve design-related issues on site
• Review drawings, BOQs, and material specifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• Proven experience in real estate / construction projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D tools, and design software
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
• Good coordination and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
