Architect - Real Estate

Job description:

We are looking to hire a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect who will support the Senior Architect across design development, documentation, and site coordination. The role is ideal for a professional eager to gain hands-on exposure in high-rise residential, villa, and luxury projects, while working closely with senior leadership and multidisciplinary consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Architect in architectural design development, space planning, and execution
• Prepare drawings, layouts, and basic design documentation as per project requirements
• Support in developing schematic designs, working drawings, and presentation materials
• Assist in preparing GFC drawings, material schedules, and basic BOQs under guidance
• Coordinate with structural, interior, MEP, and other consultants for drawing inputs
• Participate in site visits, inspections, and progress reviews as directed
• Assist in ensuring drawings comply with building bye-laws and project standards
• Support in vendor coordination, material selections, and design clarifications
• Maintain accurate drawing records, revisions, and documentation control
• Help ensure design intent is maintained during execution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• 2+ years of relevant experience in high-rise residential, villa, or luxury projects preferred
• Exposure to design development and site execution stages
• Basic understanding of building bye-laws, construction methods, and materials
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit / SketchUp knowledge preferred)
• Ability to take instructions, learn quickly, and work collaboratively
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented with a willingness to grow in design and execution roles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
