Job Role:
Architect Relationship & Telecalling Executive

* Experience; 1-3 years in Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Channel Development (preferably in Real Estate, Construction, or related B2B services).
* Qualification Bachelor's Degree in any stream; a Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Design, or Civil Engineering is a plus.
* Preferred Profile High volume telecalling and relationship building.
* Gender: Female; married candidates preferred for stability.
* Age: 25–35 years.
* Specifics: Excellent verbal communication, persuasive, highly organized, and persistent. *Key Targets/ Outcomes Daily: 50+ calls, 5-8 meetings/introductions set.
* Weekly: Register 5-7 new architect partners.
* Monthly: Achieve 80% architect activation/engagement rate (e.g., successful project brief shared, first lead generated).
* Reporting Channel Sales Manager / Head of Business Development Training Focus Product and service portfolio deep dive, CRM proficiency, professional telecalling scripts, and Architect engagement protocols.
* Nurturing Mechanism Clear career growth path into Channel Management. Performance-linked incentives based on partnership strength and qualified lead volume. Recognition for successful architect-client closures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
