Architect – Renovation & Fit-out

We are seeking a talented and creative Senior Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing innovative design concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and ensuring design intent is carried through project execution. This role requires a strong balance of creativity, technical knowledge, and practical site experience within the UAE fit-out industry.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop innovative and functional architectural designs for luxury villa projects, townhouses, and high-rise apartments.

✅ Prepare and manage detailed drawings, approval drawings, presentations, and 3D visualizations using advanced software tools.

✅ Prepare and submit drawings/documents for authority approvals (Dubai Municipality, DDA, DCD, Trakhees, etc.).

✅ Submit drawings/documents for developer approvals (Emaar, Damac, Nakheel, Wasl, etc.)

✅ Collaborate closely with the design, construction, and project management teams to ensure smooth execution from concept to completion.

✅ Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.

✅ Conduct site visits and coordinate with consultants and contractors during project phases.

✅ Specify materials, finishes, and furnishings in line with project requirements and client preferences.

✅ Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining high design standards.

✅ Liaise closely with the design, procurement, and project teams to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

✅ Supporting project teams with day-to-day coordination.

✅ Stay updated on latest design trends, materials, and technologies to bring innovative solutions to projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

✨ Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design (Master’s is an advantage).

✨ 2 years' of proven experience in architecture/interior design, specifically in fit-out and renovation projects in the UAE.

✨ Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, authority approvals, and fit-out regulations.

✨ Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/3Ds Max, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.

✨ Excellent eye for detail, aesthetics, and functionality.

✨ Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage with clients confidently.

✨ Ability to multitask and manage projects from concept to completion, working to tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
