Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Architect Sales – Fit-out & Renovations to drive business growth by securing high-value interior fit-out and renovation projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with proven sales and business development skills in the fit-out sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new fit-out and renovation projects across the UAE.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and property owners.
• Prepare accurate cost estimations, technical proposals, and commercial bids.
• Conduct client presentations and negotiations to close premium projects.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
• Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure bid accuracy.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve assigned revenue targets.

Requirements:

• Strong technical knowledge of interior construction, materials, and finishing works.
• Proven track record of bringing in new business in the fit-out sector.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
• Ability to prepare and evaluate technical and commercial proposals.
• Strong local market network is highly preferred.
• Driving License Preffered

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
