Architect & Senior Architect for UAE

Job Description – Architects (Secondment Basis)

Location: Dubai, UAE (preferred) / Remote (alternative)

Engagement Type: Secondment from EA Consulting

1. Architect

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

Minimum 6 years of professional experience in architectural design.

Proven track record of working on UAE-based projects, preferably residential, commercial, or mixed-use.

Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (mandatory).

Strong understanding of UAE building codes, authority approval processes, and local regulations.

Experience in project stages from 50% Schematic Design (SD) onwards, including Design Development (DD), Construction Documentation (CD), and IFC packages.

Ability to coordinate with consultants and engineers.

Excellent design detailing, presentation, and technical documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop design documentation and technical drawings from 50% SD onwards.

Ensure compliance with UAE authority requirements.

Collaborate with the Senior Architect, consultants, and client representatives.

Deliver high-quality design output within agreed deadlines.

2. Senior Architect

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Architecture.

Minimum 8–9 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years on UAE projects.

Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other design software.

Strong design development and technical expertise from SD to IFC.

Deep knowledge of UAE building codes, local regulations, and submission procedures.

Proven ability to lead project teams, mentor junior architects, and manage multidisciplinary coordination.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead design development and oversee production of drawings from 50% SD onwards.

Manage coordination with MEP, structural, and other consultants.

Review, mark-up, and ensure quality control of design documentation.

Provide design guidance and mentorship to junior architects.

Report directly to the Project Director / Client team.

Engagement Modalities

Work Arrangement: Preferably in Dubai office; remote secondment possible.

Charge-Out Rates: To be confirmed by EA (hourly, daily, or monthly basis).

Contract Duration: As per project requirements.

Confidentiality: All project documentation and intellectual property remain under the client’s ownership.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs750,000.00 - Rs2,500,000.00 per month
