Job Description / Responsibilities

1. Designing the basic sketch of the building as per inputs given from the directors and internal and external teams.

2. Coordination with third-party architects and various design consultants in regards with the basic design proposed/planned as per company's inputs.

3. Identification of consultants required for the proposed project as per design given by third-party architects and design consultants.

4. Communication/coordination with newly onboarded consultants for finalization of working drawings for project estimation.

5. Assisting internal teams for launches and other works, coordination (execution).

6. Assisting the engineering team from execution to delivery of the project.

7. Assisting internal teams for customer-oriented issues.

Desired profile of the candidate

1. We need from the building/architecture/real estate industry. The candidate must be well versed in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp up & MS Office & have strong understanding of working drawings, presentation drawings, & project documentation.

1. Concept, Design, and Project Management of all projects.

2. Experience in sustainable design and green architecture development and knowledge.

3. Master's/Graduate in Architecture (M Arch./B Arch.)

5 to 7 years’ experience in residential and commercial concept and design.

4. Good communication and coordination skills

5. Good knowledge of local bylaws and guidelines

6. Computer knowledge, Design skills, and Project management ability

CTC *

50k to 60k
