Job Title: Architect Site Engineer

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Architect Site Engineer to oversee and manage architectural works at the project site. The candidate will ensure that all activities are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines while maintaining quality and compliance with project standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all architectural site works including finishes, blockwork, plastering, ceilings, and façade elements
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, materials, and specifications
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams (MEP & structural)
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
• Conduct site inspections and prepare daily/weekly progress reports
• Monitor project progress and highlight delays or issues
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards and authority regulations
• Resolve site issues and provide technical support
• Manage snagging, de-snagging, and project handover
• Maintain proper documentation and site records

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering
• 3–6 years of experience in construction/site supervision (high-rise preferred)
• Strong knowledge of architectural finishes and site execution
• Familiar with UAE authority regulations and standards
• Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit is an advantage)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
