Architect (Spatial Planning & Interior Design in Spa/Gym/Sauna)

Role Summary/Purpose:

The Architect (Spatial Planning & Interior Design – Spa/Gym/Sauna) is responsible for leading the design and consultancy process for wellness and leisure facilities, with a particular focus on spa environments. This role covers the full design cycle from concept development through pre-concept, concept, schematic and detailed design to tender documentation ensuring that spaces are functional, aesthetically refined, and commercially viable. The Architect collaborates with clients, lead consultants, ID teams, MEP engineers, and contractors to deliver innovative, compliant, and high-quality designs for spas, gyms, saunas, and related leisure facilities. Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred with specialization in Interior Design or Spatial Planning).
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in architectural design, with exposure to spa, gym, sauna, or leisure facility projects.
• Demonstrated experience in consultancy stages (concept, schematic, detailed, tender documentation).
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Max, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of spatial planning, ergonomics, and interior design principles.
• Familiarity with spa-specific equipment, millwork, lighting, plumbing, and ventilation requirements.
• Understanding of MEP coordination and integration within leisure facilities.
• Awareness of sustainable design practices and material selection for wellness environments.
• Ability to present design concepts clearly to clients, consultants, and project teams.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
