Architect / Sr. Architect – Real Estate Industry

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead the design, planning, and execution of high-profile real estate projects. The role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, functional, and sustainable architectural solutions aligned with market trends and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

· Design Leadership:

o Lead the conceptualization, design development, and architectural planning of real estate projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

o Oversee and review detailed drawings, construction documents, and 3D models prepared by junior architects and external consultants.

· Project Management:

o Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

o Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and consultants to integrate design objectives into feasible architectural solutions.

· Technical Oversight:

o Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental guidelines.

o Review and approve structural, mechanical, and electrical designs to ensure seamless integration.

· Sustainability:

o Advocate for sustainable design practices and incorporate green building principles in all projects.

o Stay updated with advancements in energy-efficient building materials and techniques.

· Team Collaboration:

o Mentor junior architects, provide constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative working environment.

o Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and urban planners to achieve cohesive project execution.

· Market Trends:

o Research and incorporate global architectural trends and technologies to maintain competitive design standards.

Qualifications and Skills

· Educational Background:

o Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

o Professional licensure (e.g., RIBA, AIA, COA) is highly preferred.

· Experience:

o Minimum 10+ years of experience in architecture, with a significant focus on real estate development projects.

o Proven track record of delivering high-quality large-scale projects.

· Technical Expertise:

o Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.

o Strong knowledge of BIM and project management tools.

· Soft Skills:

o Excellent leadership, communication, and client presentation skills.

o Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
