We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect Team Leader to join our growing team and lead architectural operations with professionalism, creativity, and technical excellence.

Job Summary

The Architect Team Leader will be responsible for managing and supervising the architectural team, overseeing design development, coordinating with consultants and project stakeholders, and ensuring that all architectural deliverables meet project requirements, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the architectural design team across multiple projects.
• Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and technical submissions.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site teams to ensure proper project execution.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, authority requirements, and company standards.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and architectural documentation.
• Attend client meetings, consultant coordination meetings, and site inspections.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and draftsmen.
• Support tendering, value engineering, and project planning activities.
• Monitor project progress and resolve architectural and design-related issues.
• Ensure high standards of quality, accuracy, and professionalism throughout all project stages.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in architectural design and construction projects.
• Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role within a contracting company.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations and construction standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
• Knowledge of BIM coordination and project management processes.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
