Architect (UAE Experienced)

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong command of architectural layouts and be fully familiar with municipality regulations and approval procedures across all Emirates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and develop architectural layouts in full compliance with UAE municipal and authority regulations.
• Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, and approval authorities for timely approvals and execution.
• Collaborate closely with site teams to ensure designs align with actual construction workflows.
• Ensure the project is executed according to local codes and design standards.
• Requirements:
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion.
• Excellent understanding of architectural detailing and UAE construction practices.
• Prior experience with authority submissions and approvals is essential.
• Knowledge of MEP and structural coordination is a strong advantage.

Must be able to join immediately.
