What will you do

• Involved in Master Planning of greenfield development of an Industrial City. • Preparation of detailed master plan and urban design guidelines. • Preparation of various reports such as Inception report, land suitability, technical assessment, concept master plan, etc. • Coordination with client and other project consultants. • Preparation of Conceptual master Plan, 3D illustrations, etc. • Developing urban form • Preparation of execution drawings. • Architectural design, interior design and execution drawings. • Preparation of Proposed Land Use Plan. • Coordination during Environmental Impact Assessment Process. • Street design and Urban design guidelines. • Preparation of detailed Master Plan. • Street and Junction design and preparation of detailed drawings. • Landscape design, lighting design, and signage design. • Preparation of conceptual design options. • Preparation of design presentations and Inception reports. • Preparation of conceptual design options to revive the lost public space. • Critical analysis and intervention strategies for different scales i.e. city level, neighborhood level and building/street level. • Preparation of the structure plan. • Preparation of execution drawings and detailed drawings. • Preparation of drawings of urban design interventions in the form of layers like city level existing and proposed land used plan, existing and proposed road network, urban form, etc. • Conceptual planning of area based development. • Master planning of a sugar industry along with the developable land around Theur gaothan. • Developing density scenarios for proposed development.
