Architects and Interior Designers

Overview
We are seeking talented and innovative Architects and Interior Designers to join our dynamic design team. In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming concepts into compelling architectural and interior solutions that inspire and elevate spaces. Your expertise will drive project success from initial design through construction, ensuring functional, aesthetic, and sustainable outcomes. Duties

  • Develop comprehensive architectural and interior design concepts aligned with client needs and project goals.
  • Prepare detailed drawings and presentations using AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino 3D, Grasshopper 3D, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively through project management tools and techniques.
  • Conduct site visits for renovation, construction oversight, and quality assurance to ensure designs are accurately implemented.
  • Prepare construction estimating documents, contracts, and negotiate terms with stakeholders to optimize project outcomes.
  • Lead or support business development efforts by preparing proposals, presentations, and maintaining client relationships.
  • Oversee construction management activities including scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Draft detailed specifications for interior finishes and architectural elements; manage contracts related to renovation projects.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in architecture or interior design with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse commercial projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino 3D (including Grasshopper), ArchiCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), Bluebeam, NavisWorks, and CAD software.
  • Solid understanding of construction processes including estimating, budgeting, scheduling (project scheduling), construction documentation and construction management.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and vendors.
  • Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, contracts law related to construction and renovation projects.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings (drafting) accurately and produce detailed documentation for construction purposes.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills to present ideas clearly and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $62,257.72 - $74,977.04 per year
