Architectural Design and Sales Consultant for 4Ever Remodeling

Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations with prospective clients to evaluate project scope, take measurements, and establish project budgets.
- Create design concepts, floor plans, elevations, and presentations using Chief Architect and other design software.
- Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, scopes of work, contracts, and project pricing.
- Present designs, product selections, and pricing to clients and successfully close remodeling projects.
- Guide clients through the design and pre-construction process, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Coordinate material selections, vendor quotes, client approvals, purchase orders, and product procurement.
- Order and track project materials to ensure timely delivery and project readiness.
- Collaborate with project managers and production teams to ensure a smooth transition from design to construction.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and customer records within Buildertrend.
- Generate new business opportunities through referrals, follow-ups, and networking while achieving sales goals.

Qualifications
- Experience in residential remodeling, interior design, architectural design, or construction sales.
- Proficiency in Chief Architect (preferred), AutoCAD or 20/20
- Strong sales, presentation, estimating, and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Additional Skills:
- Cabinet ordering experience
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Adobe Lightroom & Photoshop
- Strong grammar and written communication

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
