Architectural 3D Visualizer / Interior Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming architectural concepts into high-quality, photo-realistic 3D images and animations. You will work closely with architects and designers to bring proposed buildings and developments to life using industry-standard tools and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate architectural plans, illustrations, and design concepts into compelling 3D visualizations
• Present and explain visual concepts to internal teams and clients
• Ensure visuals are technically accurate and visually appealing
• Stay updated with industry trends and software advancements
• Collaborate with design and project teams to meet tight deadlines

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Must reside within 10 km of the office/project location
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, and Adobe Photoshop
• Basic knowledge of Lumion is a plus
• Strong artistic sense and attention to detail
• Background in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering preferred
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Strong portfolio demonstrating architectural visualization skills
• Immediate joiners preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• West Fort, Thrissur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
