Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Architectural and Design Sales professional in stone and tile to join our team. In this role, you will actively engage with architects, interior designers, contractors, and clients to promote our premium product offerings. Your passion for design, strong communication skills, and sales expertise will drive business development and help clients transform their spaces with confidence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of the natural stone industry while building long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities through outbound calling, warm calling, and targeted marketing efforts to architects, interior designers, and contractors
- Present product solutions that meet client specifications, emphasizing design possibilities and technical features
- Negotiate terms and close sales by understanding client needs and providing tailored recommendations
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to manage customer relationships, track sales activities, and follow up on leads
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction
- Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and expand the client base in the architectural and design community
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product innovations, and competitive landscape
Requirements
- Have work experience in stone and tile industry is required
- Proven experience in B2B sales, technical sales, or inside sales within the building materials or design industry
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex sales deals
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data
- Ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns effectively using telemarketing techniques including warm calling
- Knowledge of marketing strategies related to business development in the architectural or design sectors
- Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with professionals in architecture, interior design, and construction industries
