Architectural BIM – Modeler

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architecture BIM Modeler to join our team for an exciting large-scale hotel project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and coordinating detailed architectural models in a collaborative environment, ensuring the highest standards in design accuracy, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage 3D architectural models using Revit and other BIM tools for all phases of design and construction.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the BIM model reflects design intent and project requirements.
• Coordinate and integrate architectural models with structural, MEP, and other discipline models.
• Create detailed construction drawings, schedules, and documentation from BIM models.
• Ensure compliance with BEP requirements, company standards and client BIM standards.
• Update and maintain model data, including design changes and revisions, throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in design coordination meetings and resolve clashes or discrepancies between models.
• Assist in preparing project deliverables, including architectural drawings, renderings, and presentations.
• Provide support for quality control and ensure the integrity of the model at all stages of development.
• Collaborate with project teams to optimize workflows and enhance model efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED5,500.00 per month
