We are seeking skilled Architectural BIM Modelers / Draftsmen to join our design and BIM team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Revit and AutoCAD and capable of producing accurate architectural models and drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop 3D BIM models and architectural drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
• Prepare plans, elevations, sections, and detailed shop drawings
• Coordinate with Structural and MEP teams for clash-free designs
• Update drawings and models based on design revisions and site requirements
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, UAE standards, and BIM execution plans
• Assist in creating schedules, quantities, and technical documentation

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Architectural BIM Modeler / Draftsman in UAE projects
• Proficient in Revit Architecture and AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of architectural design, detailing, and building codes
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
