Architectural Consultant (Structural Drawings & Site Inspections)

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Architectural Consultant with strong expertise in structural drawing preparation and site inspections. The candidate must have solid UAE experience, sound knowledge of local authority regulations, and the capability to manage structural coordination, technical submissions, and on-site quality compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and coordinate structural drawings in line with architectural design and project specifications.
• Ensure all drawings comply with Dubai Municipality (DM) regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify structural works are executed as per approved drawings and quality standards.
• Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals related to structural works.
• Identify technical issues and provide practical design/structural solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and authority requirements during execution.
• Assist in authority submissions, approvals, and technical documentation.
• Prepare inspection reports, snag lists, and corrective action follow-ups.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture / Civil / Structural Engineering or relevant field.
• Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience in architectural consultancy with structural drawing involvement.
• Strong knowledge of DM regulations and approval procedures.
• DM G+4 Classification preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit/BIM knowledge is an advantage).
• Strong technical, coordination, and site inspection skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
