Architectural Coordination Manager

We are seeking candidates to take on a role at Çalık Gayrimenkul, a real estate investment & development company with a diversified asset and development portfolio of hotels, offices, retail, logistic facilities, real estate investment fund (GYF), residential, mixed -use and a sizeable land bank under the umbrella of Çalık Group;

General Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field (Master’s degree preferred),
• 12–20 years of experience in architectural design and coordination for major hotel, residential, commercial and mixed- use projects,
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and similar software,
• Strong presentation, interpersonal and team management skills,
• Advanced verbal and written English skills,
• No travel restrictions.

Job Description

As part of our existing high-value real estate assets and potential development projects in Türkiye and abroad;

• Coordinate, lead and oversee all phases of architectural design work ongoing projects
• Coordinate, lead and oversee all phases of structural, mechanical and electrical design and external consultancy services for ongoing projects,
• Lead design processes in alignment with structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines,
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards,
• Manage BIM workflows and utilize digital coordination tools efficiently.
