Architectural Design Coordinator

Pearl Properties is seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural CAD specialist to support our Development Team during the construction of our newest high-rise building, Harper Square. The right candidate should be ready to make an immediate impact on a fast-paced construction project. We are offering this role as a 6-month contract with potential for permanent hire after project completion.

Responsibilities

· Collaborate with lead architect to drive the meticulous design of a luxury high-rise apartment building under construction

· Produce and maintain detailed CAD drawings and construction documents

· Assist with project planning, scheduling, coordination, and documentation

· Develop 2D and 3D models

· Attend weekly construction meetings

Requirements

· Expert-level proficiency in CAD software

· Experience in architectural design or interior design

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

· Ability to adapt, communicate and collaborate with a small team

· Experience with multifamily residential construction projects (preferred)

· Proficiency in 3D modeling software (preferred)

Pay: $34.00 - $40.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Philadelphia, PA 19103
