Key Responsibilities:

- Develop architectural designs and concepts based on client requirements and project specifications.

- Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.

- Coordinate with structural, electrical, and mechanical engineers to integrate all design aspects.

- Review and approve construction documents, shop drawings, and material specifications.

- Participate in project meetings, presentations, and client consultations.

- Implement sustainable and energy-efficient design principles.

- Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience (3-15 years) in architectural design and engineering.

- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and 3D visualization tools.

- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and compliance standards.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

- Professional licensure or certification (UPDA).
