Architectural Design Engineer

Pioneer Engineering Consultancy is pleased to announce exciting new career opportunities to join our team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We are currently seeking qualified and experienced Architectural Design Engineers to join our team in Riyadh, KSA.

Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural design concepts, plans, sections, elevations, and details in line with project brief and codes.
• Prepare and coordinate architectural drawings, schedules, and specifications for tender and construction.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and specialist disciplines to resolve design clashes and ensure integrated design.
• Prepare design presentations, diagrams, and reports for internal reviews and client meetings.
• Review and incorporate authority regulations, building codes, and client standards into the design.
• Participate in design workshops, value engineering, and technical meetings.
• Review shop drawings and material submittals to confirm design intent (if required by role).
• Support site team on RFIs and design-related queries during construction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• 4–8 years of experience as an Architectural / Design Engineer in building projects.
• Strong skills in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), and presentation software (e.g. Photoshop / InDesign / PowerPoint).
• Good knowledge of international building codes and local authority regulations.
• Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams (structural, MEP, ID, landscape).
• Strong communication, report writing, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
