We are looking for a
Design Manager – Architecture
with 6–10 years of experience to manage and coordinate architectural design for
Commercial Office, Retail, and Hotel projects
. The role involves driving design quality, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and delivering technically sound architectural documentation aligned with client and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Design Management

Manage architectural design from concept through detailed design and construction documentation.

Translate client briefs into functional, innovative, and compliant design solutions.

Ensure alignment with project goals, budgets, timelines, and regulatory requirements.
Design Coordination
-
Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and internal teams to ensure integrated design outcomes.

Support project managers in tracking design deliverables and resolving design-related risks.

Participate in design reviews and coordination meetings.
Technical & Documentation

Prepare and review AutoCAD / Revit drawings including plans, sections, elevations, and construction details.

Ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated, and construction-ready.

Assist in resolving technical challenges during design development.
Quality Control

Review drawings and documents to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with project standards.

Implement and manage design revisions across all project documentation.
Construction Support
-
Provide design support during construction, including responding to RFIs and issuing drawing updates.

Coordinate with contractors and consultants to resolve site-related design issues.
Qualifications & Skills
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.

6–10 years of professional experience in
Commercial Office, Retail & Hospitality projects
.

Strong proficiency in
AutoCAD
; working knowledge of
Revit
is essential.

Good understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction standards.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
