We are looking for a Design Manager – Architecture with 6–10 years of experience to manage and coordinate architectural design for Commercial Office, Retail, and Hotel projects . The role involves driving design quality, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and delivering technically sound architectural documentation aligned with client and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Design Management

• Manage architectural design from concept through detailed design and construction documentation.
• Translate client briefs into functional, innovative, and compliant design solutions.
• Ensure alignment with project goals, budgets, timelines, and regulatory requirements.

Design Coordination

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and internal teams to ensure integrated design outcomes.
• Support project managers in tracking design deliverables and resolving design-related risks.
• Participate in design reviews and coordination meetings.

Technical & Documentation

• Prepare and review AutoCAD / Revit drawings including plans, sections, elevations, and construction details.
• Ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated, and construction-ready.
• Assist in resolving technical challenges during design development.

Quality Control

• Review drawings and documents to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with project standards.
• Implement and manage design revisions across all project documentation.

Construction Support

• Provide design support during construction, including responding to RFIs and issuing drawing updates.
• Coordinate with contractors and consultants to resolve site-related design issues.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
• 6–10 years of professional experience in Commercial Office, Retail & Hospitality projects .
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD ; working knowledge of Revit is essential.
• Good understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction standards.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
