Architectural Design Reviewer

At CLEAR, we are looking for a dedicated Architectural Design Reviewer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assessing architectural design submissions to ensure they meet all relevant codes, standards, and client expectations, driving excellence in every project.

Responsibilities:

• Critically review architectural designs, drawings, and documentation for compliance with applicable building codes and regulations
• Assess design feasibility, functionality, and aesthetics in alignment with project goals
• Identify and document discrepancies, omissions, or non-compliance issues and recommend corrective measures
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to discuss review findings and support design improvements
• Prepare detailed review reports and communicate findings clearly and professionally
• Stay updated on changes in the architectural and building regulation landscape to ensure continual compliance
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a closely related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural design review or a similar role
• Comprehensive knowledge of building codes, zoning requirements, and construction regulations
• Proficiency with architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent
• Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and provide constructive feedback
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects effectively
