The Opportunity

We are seeking a driven Architectural & Design Sales Manager to grow relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and developers throughout North America.

This role is ideal for someone looking for the stability of a base salary combined with significant commission opportunities.

Responsibilities

* Develop new architectural and design relationships

* Schedule and conduct Lunch & Learn presentations

* Manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities

* Maintain consistent outreach activity

* Build long-term relationships with builders and developers

* Manage sales pipeline within HubSpot

* Collaborate with marketing and operations teams

* Attend trade shows and industry events

Ideal Candidate

Preferred experience in:

* Architectural specification sales

* Interior design sales

* Commercial construction

* Flooring, tile, stone, or surface materials

* Building products

* Hospitality and multifamily development

Strong presentation, relationship-building, and organizational skills are required.

Compensation

* Base Salary: $25,000 USD annually

* 6% commission on company-generated opportunities

* 8% commission on self-generated opportunities

* Uncapped commission structure

* Performance bonus opportunities

Expected first-year earnings:

* $75,000–$150,000+ depending on performance
