ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER

Tippetts/Weaver architects is seeking a full-time architectural designer to join our small and bustling team. KEY ROLES:

• Participate as a contributing and collaborative member of a project team
• Contribute to all phases of a project under supervision of the principals
• Prepare Design Development and Construction Documents, and coordinate with consultants

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Completion of an undergraduate or graduate level degree from an accredited architecture program
• 2-5 years of professional experience at an architectural firm
• Exhibit an understanding of architectural practice and the development of design concepts
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and demonstrates good problem-solving skills
• A clear ability to communicate effectively with clients, co-workers, and work within a team structure
• Exhibit an understanding of construction detailing and an interest in technical drafting
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit required; Adobe Creative Suite and a graphic sensibility desired
• Insatiable curiosity and desire to learn
