Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to create architectural designs and plans for our construction projects. The responsibilities include designing and planning to structures, building layouts, drafting detailed blueprints, As-build, design build, selecting appropriate materials, and presenting design proposals to clients. Our ideal candidate is proficient in using CAD software, has a strong understanding of architectural trends and construction methods, and possesses excellent design and spatial awareness skills. Ultimately, the Architectural Designer’s role is to deliver detailed and feasible plans that meet our clients’ requirements and are in compliance with building and safety regulations.
- Job Title: Architectural Designer
- Work Environment: Office setting with occasional site visits. Some travel may be required for client consultations or site inspections.
- Reporting Structure: Reports to the Lead Architect or Design Manager.
- Salary: Salary is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
- Pay Range: $65,647.09 minimum to $79,058.86 maximum

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to gather product and structural requirements and designs
- Create architectural designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using computer-aided design (CAD) applications
- Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures
- Prepare detailed architectural designs, plans, and specifications
- Present design proposals to clients for approval
- Work closely with a team of builders and contractors to ensure the project is constructed according to design
- Consider factors such as safety, cost, and functionality when designing structures
- Stay updated with latest architectural trends and advancements
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality architectural designs
- Sound understanding of construction techniques and architectural trends
- Ability to sketch detailed drawing plans both by hand and by using CAD applications
- Excellent design and visualization skills
- BSc degree in Architecture or related field
