Architectural Designer

Seeking a licensed professional who is responsible for planning, designing and executing the work flow of a home, or office building, to include the creativity of major grouping projects. The Architect’s role sometimes is to regenerate an area, design alterations to existing buildings, or advise on the restoration and conservation of old properties. Skill set must have good drafting skills; possess great CADD and Revit skills; utilize strong problem-solving skills.

Job Specifications: A minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering, Bachelor of Architecture or related field; some architectural design and planning; some field work required; able to sketch a design from notations; draft and design a structure on the computer using Revit, Auto CAD, etc.; design and interpret plans on mechanical, electrical and levels.

Job Salary commensurate by qualification with some benefits.
